FAQ's
PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
PROCESSING TIME:
After placing your order, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
NOTE: This means you will not receive any tracking or shipping emails until processing time is complete.
SHIPPING TIMES:
- We ship via regular domestic shipping (usually USPS). We DO NOT currently offer expedited shipping.
- Domestic shipping times vary from 2-6 business days depending on where you are in the US. We are located just north of Atlanta, GA, so the farther your state is from us the longer it usually takes for your delivery to arrive.
- This does not include 5-7 business days for processing.
- The holiday season (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) can cause shipping delays that are outside of our control. Please be sure to order holiday gifts with plenty of time for uncontrollable delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- We currently do not ship internationally
DELAYED PACKAGE:
If an item is marked “Delayed” via the tracking number, these delays are entirely outside of our control. Allow several business days for them to clear. Thanks for your patience.
MISSING DELIVERY:
If an item is marked “Delivered” but you do not see it or haven’t received it, please ask household members and neighbors, as well as reach out to the post office ASAP. Often, a family member or roommate picks up the package and forgets to tell you! Also, sometimes the post office will mark it as “delivered” and then deliver it the following business day.
FAILED DELIVERY/RETURN TO SENDER:
If an item is marked “Attempted Delivery” or “Return to Sender,” please continue to track it. We cannot process a refund of any kind, if applicable, until it returns to us.
ORDER ISSUES & EDITS
ADDRESS CHANGES:
- There is a small window of changing an address on an order.
- Contact us immediately via our contact page and we might be able to catch it.
- NOTE: We can’t guarantee we can catch the order in time to change the address, but will do our best. Once it has shipped, we cannot change the address. Address errors are the liability of the customer.
EDITING YOUR ORDER:
(i.e. size changes, add/remove an item, etc.)
- There is a small window editing an order.
- Contact us immediately via our contact page and we might be able to catch it.
- Unfortunately, once an order is submitted we cannot guarantee any changes to orders.
PROMO CODES/PRICES:
- Only one promo code per order. Be sure you applied the desired promo code before placing the order.
- We cannot apply missed promo codes on orders. We do apologize for this inconvenience. The price your order was processed for is final and we do not have the ability to retroactively change the order.
- Prices are subject to change. We do not apply sale prices to past orders or price match for future sales.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ORDERS:
- We always want to make sure we get your order right. We apologize for the mess up and want to fix it for you quickly.

COMMON PRODUCT QUESTIONS
SIZING:
- All of our sizes are unisex, but cut more like a men's cut. The size is set by the standard industry sizing, and based on our clothing suppliers.
- Most of these size charts can be found with each item.
- Most apparel is usually a cotton/polyester blend and detailed in the item description.
HANDLE & CARE:
- We recommend washing your apparel turned inside out, on a cold and delicate cycle, and drying on low to no heat (or hang drying!)
- Do not iron any prints on your apparel.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
RETURNS:
We guarantee our product manufacturing with a 20 day money back guarantee. We stand behind our products and all products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 20 days. Within the 20 day warranty we will refund, repair and/or replace parts or products that are defective in materials or workmanship.
Beyond our manufacturing guarantee, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for whatever reason you can return the item for a full refund of the item (minus shipping) within 20 days of purchase. You will just be in charge of covering the shipping cost of shipping back the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

EXCHANGES:
If you need to exchange a product you can do so within 20 days of your product being delivered. You will be in charge of covering the shipping cost of shipping back the item. We can not send you the exchanged product until we receive back your original product.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
